1. Acceptance

4. AI features

The Site offers an AI chat feature ("Dr. Filaroski"). AI generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI output before relying on it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or sensitive personal information into the chat.

5. Donations

Voluntary donations made through the Site are processed by Stripe and, unless required by applicable law, are non refundable and provide no goods, services, equity, rights, securities, or expectation of return. Donations are not investments and do not create any business, fiduciary, or contractual relationship.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site to violate any law or third party right;
• scrape, mirror, or republish Content at scale without written permission;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or AI safety measures;
• use the Site to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing material;
• upload malware, attempt intrusion, or interfere with operation of the Site.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its original Content are owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable license to access the Site for personal, non commercial use only.

8. No warranties

The Site and Content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator, its authors, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Site, the Content, or any AI output. The operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid the operator in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its authors, contributors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Content; (b) your reliance on any AI output; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third party right.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located there, and you consent to that personal jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
