• Chat input. Messages you submit to the AI chat are sent to our AI provider for processing and may be temporarily logged for abuse prevention and quality.
• Donations. If you donate, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and analytics.
• Local storage. Your chat history with Dr. Filaroski is stored in your browser's local storage and is not uploaded to our servers beyond what is needed to generate a reply.

2. How we use it

• To provide and improve the Site and AI features.
• To process donations (via Stripe).
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Do not submit sensitive data

Do not enter confidential, proprietary, regulated, health, financial account, or sensitive personal information into the AI chat. You are responsible for what you submit.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help operate the Site (such as our AI gateway, Stripe, and hosting), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

The Site may use minimal cookies and local storage required for functionality. By using the Site you consent to this use.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may clear local chat history at any time using the in app "clear chat" button.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the Site if you are under that age.
